Lake District launch for Daniella as she returns to creative roots
20th March 2017
CLEETHORPES' jeweller to the stars, Daniella Draper, has opened her fourth boutique.
Bowness-on-Windermere, in the heart of the Lake District, is the latest location selected by the family team.
Ahead of yesterday's launch Daniella described it as one of her "favourite places to be when spring arrives," having spent some of her schooldays there.
She attended private boarding school Windermere St Anne's, as well as St James' School in Grimsby, before going on to graduate from Central St Martins in London with a degree in jewellery design.
Daniella describes the school as "a place where her creativity was nurtured and encouraged".
Together with her business partner mother Della and sister Holly – the face of the brand – they have achieved the same look for the Bowness outlet as the Sea View Street, Lincoln and Beverley outlets. All are supplied from the Grimsby workshop.
Describing Windermere as "the perfect setting for romance", she will hold a special collection of engagement rings in store, hoping to capitalise on any spontaneous gestures.
It follows a promotional Christmas video she shot there late last year.
