Top workplace culture is the key for award-nominated Driver Hire

DRIVER Hire has been named as one of the best workplaces in the UK.
The specialist transport and logistics recruiter, which has a franchised office in Grimsby, is ranked 51st in Great Place To Work's annual list of the best workplace cultures, published in The Sunday Telegraph.
Its franchised office at Europarc is run by husband and wife Jayne Anne O'Flynn and Michael O'Flynn, pictured, and is one of a network of more than 100 locations across the UK.
The business supplies commercial vehicle drivers to logistics providers and fulfils nearly a million shifts a year.
Great Place To Work has been measuring the health and success of UK workplaces since 2000. In its debut entry, Driver Hire was recognised for its strong workplace culture of integrity and respect, commitment to staff welfare, rigorous hiring procedures and employee engagement and development.
The O'Flynns have also been nominated for a Northern Lincolnshire Business Award for training excellence.
